General Conditions of Agreement
1) ALL AGREEMENTS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN JUNE 1st AND WILL RUN UNTIL MAY 31st.
2) All work to be performed during regular work hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. After hours service will be billed at our normal service rates: COD
3) We shall not be required to furnish any item of equipment as is recommended or required by insurance companies, government, state, municipal or other authorities.
4) This company shall not be liable for any losses due to delays, labor disputes, fire explosions, acts of nature or other circumstances beyond it's normal control.
5) This agreement will cover all labor charges during normal working hours, owner caused problems will be billed at normal service rates.
6) This agreement will cover all repairs to heating systems and and all heating controls, excluding heat exchanger. This does not cover under slab repairs, frozen pipes, or duct work.
7) This agreement will cover all repairs to air conditioners, its controls, piping, motors, relays, excluding compressors. It will not cover duct systems.
8) There will be a charge for all parts and materials used.
9) Any part found bad at time of our inspection, but not changed at contract holders wish, will be charged for a service call if this part should need to be replaced within 30 days from date found bad, should it fail.
10) Any alterations, additions, adjustments, or repairs made by others, unless authorized by us, shall terminate our obligations hereunder.
11) This agreement does not cover electric wire or services of an electrician.
12) All equipment must be in working order at time agreement approved.
13) In the event of change of ownership of the premises, this agreement is transferable.
14) Due to current Governmental regulations regarding venting of refrigerant to the atmosphere, service calls involving refrigerent recovery will be billed at our normal service rates, and will not be covered by this agreement.
This agreement expresses the entire agreement between the parties hereto, it shall not be altered unless the changes are agreed to in writing and signed by both parties hereto. Both parties agree to be bound by the conditions of this agreement.
