I would like to take the time to complement you for the recent service call made on my heating unit. My initial telephone call was answered by a "live person" and NOT A MACHINE! (A big plus right from the start.) She could not have been any nicer and any more accommodating. It was a pleasure speaking with her. After I related my problem, she informed me that I would get a call back after 7:30 AM when your service staff comes in. I received a call at 7:30 AM from Lucy, who scheduled an appointment for me the same day at 9:30 AM. Your technician, Ron, arrived promptly and inspected the unit and found that it needed a few parts replaced. They were not in stock and were ordered. I received a call from Lucy on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 that my parts were in and that she could schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Ron arrived promptly at 2:00 PM and made the necessary repairs. The unit is now working perfectly. Everyone I dealt with, the answering service, office personnel and technician were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I, too, am in a service business. We also strive to treat all of our customers with respect and courtesy and give them the best customer service, the best quality work and the best overall repair experience we possibly can every time.
