As I told you and the friendly folks in your office, we are very happy with the new furnace installed last year. It is totally noiseless, and saving us a significant amount on our gas and our electric bills. The best part is, that for the first time ever in our older home, we can have whatever heat we call for.
I suspect that any guarantee had lapsed, but you made no mention of that. You just wanted to make it right so we were satisfied.
