As you know I had a new boiler installed recently by your company, was very impressed with the workmanship of Kyle. I never realized before while I watched Kyle how much his work reminded me of an artist creating a perfect picture in pipes. I would like to take the time to complement you for the recent service call made on my heating unit.
My initial telephone call was made at approximately 6:00 AM Monday, January 17, 2011 and was answered by a “live person” and NOT A MACHINE! (A big plus right from the start.) She could not have been any nicer and any more accommodating. It was a pleasure speaking with her. After I related my problem, she informed me that I would get a call back after 7:30 AM when your service staff comes in.
I received a call at 7:30 AM from Lucy, who scheduled an appointment for me the same day at 9:30 AM. Your technician, Ron, arrived promptly and inspected the unit and found that it needed a few parts replaced. They were not in stock and were ordered. I received a call from Lucy on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 that my parts were in and that she could schedule an appointment for that afternoon.
Ron arrived promptly at 2:00 PM and made the necessary repairs. The unit is now working perfectly. Everyone I dealt with, the answering service, office personnel and technician were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
I, too, am in a service business. We also strive to treat all of our customers with respect and courtesy and give them the best customer service, the best quality work and the best overall repair experience we possibly can every time. YOUR VERY CAPABLE STAFF HAVE CERTAINLY ACHIEVED THIS GOAL. It is a pleasure doing business with you and I would not hesitate to recommend your company and services. Keep up the good work!
As per our telephone conversation, I am sending this letter of commendation in regard to Woody and Josh. I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with your workers. They were very informed about the products you sell. They also did the work in a meticulous and courteous manner. They were careful of our home and did their work in a way that you can be proud of. They kept the area they were working in neat and clean and executed the job in a manner that will cause me to recommend your company whenever I get the opportunity.
It is rare to find people that do what they say they will in the time they contract for and do it well. They also listened to our input in the installation process and explained what and how things would be done.

From the first phone call to Toms River Heating & Air Conditioning to set up an appointment for an estimate to the last phone call which was questions about the rebates I was treated professionally. I was not pressured to use TRH&AC. The men that installed the system were quick, clean, and professional. They are an asset to TRH&AC. I am so happy with my central air conditioning and have told friends who don’t have central ac that should they decide they want it to go with the best….TRH&AC.
There isn’t anything per se that I can add to their exceptional workmanship and consideration of our home (i.e. they layed out drop clothes for all their paths they would walk in our home) of the two individuals who removed the old AC and installed the new Lennox equipment… e.g. the cleanliness of the area after they departed, the neatness of their workmanship, and true personal professionalism to myself throughout the day)… most definitely I’d recommend them to anyone. We had shopped around and knew we wanted a Lennox brand air conditioner. Your company was competitively priced against others. What really sold us on T.R.H. & A. was Ralph Carabin.
Ralph was a pleasure to deal with. He had direct answers to my direct questions. He was never rude or impatient with me. If I needed to talk to Ralph and he was with a client he got back to me as quickly as possible.
He told me the installation guys were very good.
Brian and Craig were at our house for a day and a half. My husband was home with them and said they never once slacked off. They came in and immediately got down to business. They told my husband exactly what they were going to do and where. I have heard horror stories of how installers leave a mess when they are done. I came home from work and never knew they were there. My house was actually cleaner after they left.

I wanted to take this opportunity to write and tell you the wonderful service I received from Judy. I explained to her my situation with my air conditioning unit. I have replaced the condenser twice and again needed to replace my compressor. I had just signed a contract of sale on my residence and expected an inspection momentarily.
Judy was just as upset as I was when I told her my dilemma. She helped me to get a less expensive unit and set up the installation for the following day. Tom installed my unit and did a wonderful job.
I have IS years of managing customer service departments in several industries. I know how important it is to compliment good service and dedicated employees. I want you to know that I would not hesitate to recommend your company because of Judy and Tom. Customer service can make or break you. Due to the wonderful treatment I received, I will remain a life long customer.

I found the techs at Toms River Heating and Cooling to be extremely reliable and professional. My initial appointment was scheduled for the day after Hurricane Sandy. Obviously the installation could not be completed due to the severe damage in our area. However, they followed up with me at the first opportunity to reschedule my installation. They installed it when I didn’t have any electricity so it would be ready to go as soon as my power came back on. I have recommended them to a few. Friends that lost their furnace due to the storm.
As I indicated in my call to you, 1 would like to express my appreciation to the guys on the crew who installed our new Lennox air conditioning system The system is so quiet it is hard to know when it is running.
I didn’t get under the house until yesterday and I was more than a little pleased at the craftsmanship and neatness of the job as well the ‘extras that go to make access to the air handler so much easier.

Just a note to commend the manner in which my “call for help” was handled by your firm. The courtesy and promptness with which my calls to your office were handled were appreciated. Basically my 30 year old heating system had had it. Jim came the same day that your serviceman was here and provided me with an estimate. I made my first call to you late Thursday PM when I returned from Friday, and by Friday early PM I had an estate and a promise that on Monday at 8:30 installation would begin. But most of all, I wanted to compliment Joe S. and Josh for the job they did installing the new system.
It was no picnic, called for a lot of adaptations etc. But it was clear these men, especially Joe, had the expertise to do the job and to do it right. It took the entire day to do it just that methodically, carefully, and with attention to leaving my home as they found it.
